• No medical or legal instructions. Share what helped you, not prescriptions.
• If someone may be in danger, use the report button. We point people to real help.

What moderators do

Moderators review anonymous shares and stories before they appear, and may remove posts or accounts that harm others. You can report anything with the report button.
